Brewster / Monomoy flats
The iconic 12,000 acre Brewster Flats is the largest flats system in North America and a fly angler’s playground. The flats of Monomoy Island are an ever-changing landscape open to the Atlantic Ocean. Both offer a fly angler the challenge and opportunity for sight casting to striped bass. Intermediate to advanced fly casting skills are a must. Anglers must be prepared for at least 2 – 4 miles of walking in ankle to hip deep water.
Target Species: Striped Bass
The Boat – 22’ Hydrasports Ocean Skiff “Bass Thumb” (accommodates preferably 2 but up to 3 anglers max)
Half Day Flats Wading Trip: $300 / one angler, add $50 per additional angler
Full Day Flats Wading Trip: $450 / one angler, add $100 per additional angler
Half Day Flats Skiff Trip: $575 (1 – 2 anglers, please give us a call if you have a larger group)

Nantucket Sound
The Monomoy rips and beyond…. – The underwater shoals between the tip of Cape Cod and Nantucket Island can produce some dramatic sea conditions and exceptional fishing. Striped bass, bluefish, and other gamefish take advantage of concentrations of bait around the shoals which can yield frenzied top water action. Drifting and swinging flies into the standing waves of the “rips” often produces dependable hook ups. Intermediate fly casting skills required
